This DN200 Class 150 gate valve comes with an ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel casing and 8# internal trim, along with raised-face flange joints. Its disc adopts a WCB base with 13CR hard facing, while the seat uses a WCB substrate coated with STL overlay, matched with an ASTM A182 F6a valve stem. Users can rotate the handwheel manually to realize complete open or closed status to isolate fluid inside pipework. Built to ASME B16.34 and ASME B16.5 requirements, every unit is subject to API 598 hydraulic inspection. It delivers stable shut-off performance and works for oil, gas, and various industrial process piping applications.
