This 16 Inch DN400 fully welded trunnion-mounted ball valve with double block and bleed function follows the latest API 6D specification, Class 150 LB, with RF flanged ends and a working temperature range of -46℃ to 150℃. The body and ball adopt ASTM A350 LF2, and the ball is protected by a 75-micron ENP coating paired with Devlon seats. SS316 grease injectors with built-in non-return check valves are installed, and all materials satisfy NACE MR 0175 / ISO 15156 and MR-0103. It uses gear handwheel operation fitted with L/O and L/C locking devices.
